LOCATION o Indianapolis, IN
DURATION o Long Term contract
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
Representative Duties Include:
Conducts procedures to ensure that all IT systems, products and services
meet minimum standards and requirements;
Works closely with the Applications Development Team during software
development to include areas of applications development,
operations/technical support and security;
Administers change control processes to ensure zero defect software
development;
Documents testing data, findings and reports;
Creates a data base (history file);
Provides requested weekly/bi-weekly/monthly reports and regularly updates
assigned manager/supervisor;
*Job Requirements:*
Thorough knowledge of agency IT/business systems;
Thorough knowledge of applicable federal/state/local rules, regulations,
statutes and procedures;
Thorough knowledge of QA testing and reporting procedures and practices;
Extensive knowledge of applications development, operations/technical
support and applicable security programs/practices;
Ability to identify and resolve problems or assist in the development of
creative solutions, when necessary;
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing;
Ability to work with costly equipment and remain accountable.
