Good 4-5 years Exp on SQL performance and SP building 3. Establish standards for database security and coordinate with production DBAs for execution 4. Translate a logical data model or user specifications into a physical design 5. Review existing development and test databases for recommendations in performance tuning, modeling and migration 6. Planning growth in systems, partitioning, indexing, encryption routines (with pci and pii) trouble shooting 7. Plan for growth and changes (capacity planning) 8. Participated in at least 1 large database design 9. Analysis and understanding of database requirements 10. PL/SQL development skills, Ability to write complex queries and stored procedures 11. Interface with other group in clarifying issues, and seeking knowledge on the existing databases and the backend programs 12.
