Must have 9+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of PeopleSoft Technical Development experience working with various PeopleTools to include PeopleCode, Component/Page controls, Application Engine, SQR,XML Publisher, Component Interface, IScript, HTML, PS Security and Data Mover scripts . Should have hands on experience in PT 8.5X and PS HCM 9.X . Should be able to create Technical Design document from Functional specification. . Should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills . Should have high level functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 modules such as Core HR, NA/Global Payroll, Benefits, Benefits Admin etc . Must have ability to work on complex, highly customized applications/systems . Experience analyzing existing programs to test/debug and code enhancements . Any experience working with PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade would be a plus . Should be a self starter and able to follow up with various project stakeholders to get task completed .
