Client's database is getting upgraded to R12 & all of its components
needs to moved & accommodated in respective databases.
*Responsibility -- *
. Manage day to day activities and business processes ensuring
proactive support
. Understand the existing system by working with developers & prepare
an inventory list for all the components which are getting migrated
. Provide proactive suggestions/solutions to architect team on the
fitment of existing components in new system
. Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application
development teams, testing and release teams
. Establishing best practice processes and procedures within own work
area
. Analyze existing systems/tools and procedures, and when applicable
leverage or integrate into the new database
. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional design,
development review, unit/ system/ integration testing, post production
support, user training, etc

**Essential (including minimum exp. required for each skills)*
. Minimum 7-8 years prior Information Technology experience required
- Should be able to perform as a developer and interact with other
developers and work with Clients.
. Should be able to contribute in application design and architecture
components & functional design activities, application build, test, and
deploy activities
. Ability to lead and collaborate with internal / offshore teams and
projects.
. Skilled in performing business requirements gathering (to be model
- as is model)
. Hands on experience in Oracle 11g
. Strong PL/ SQL and TOAD experience
. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
. Experience of migration project would be an added advantage
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
. Self learner
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing business processes is *a PLUS*
