Hello Partners,

Lotus Notes Consultant
Columbus, Ohio
6 Months Contract

Job Description:
Experience converting Lotus Notes Domino applications/db's to SharePoint: 6
Experience with InfoPath: 5
Experience with InfoPath integration into SharePoint: 5
Experience with Forms development with SharePoint Workflow: 5

A move to SharePoint should require minimal effort to migrate while
offering a smooth transition for the current application users.

Where possible, Out of the Box SharePoint functionality should be leveraged
to the greatest degree possible, even if it requires minor adjustments to
the end user experience, acceptable changes to business logic, and up-front
user training.

The conversion should mimic current functionality to minimize end-user
retraining.
Skill set to work with migrated applications will range from “basic
SharePoint end user” to “SharePoint power user” level. This will include
the ability to create views, enter list data, and modify data entry forms
with additional fields or validation, and setting permissions.
In order to fulfill requirements, SharePoint Enterprise edition and
InfoPath Forms Services features have been recommended by Microsoft. Most
important to the migration is the capability to replicate UI logic and
formatting to maintain the end-user experience.
SharePoint and Active Directory will be utilized in the security of the
solution as per Ohio Department of Taxation security guidelines currently
in place. Sites will require configuration where lists or items may require
permission setting. Auditing functionality built-in to SharePoint should be
leveraged where appropriate as well as document history, site, list and
item permission settings and role based access to related services.

Vendor should make recommendations regarding SharePoint User Interface
Design including the design and organization of the Sharepoint front page.
The front page should be flexible to allow for easy addition of other
Sharepoint offerings in future.
