*US Citizen or GC Holders Only.* Job Title: SharePoint Designer/Administrative Location: Hillsboro, OR Duration: 12+ months # 163521 Project Description: Assist engineering managers and business operations in managing budgets, managing calendars and owning a SharePoint travel tool. Daily Responsibilities: Manage calendar, organize travel, and track operations for two engineering managers. Help team order and ship supplies from different geographies. Candidate will manage three separate budgets for each manager and track spending over each quarter. Candidate will be responsible for managing the teams SharePoint sites. This candidate is also responsible for the OTC Travel Tool which requires both SharePoint Designer and MS InfoPath expertise to create new features and debug issues. Necessary Skills (Must Have): #1 SharePoint Designer 2010. #2 MS InfoPath 2010. #3 Strong written and verbal communication skills. #4 Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. #5 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision/direction. #6 Experience managing budgets, basic accounting.
