Installation and configuration out of the box portlets, out of the box portlets are those that are either pre-installed into WebSphere Portal v7 and v8, available in the installation package or available from the Business Solutions Catalog. Layout and configuration of portal pages. Development of the custom portal application to the customer environment and support functional and customer user acceptance testing. Specialized Experience: Chosen candidates will assist our client in the development of a messaging solution. Proficient in Java J2EE development including WebSphere Portlet, JAVA Server Faces or JSF 2.0 preferred, Servlet development and be very familiar with Rational Application Developer 8.x. Must have Web services development with Eclipse 3x utilizing Java on a JBOSS infrastructure. Functional Responsibility: Looking for candidates with excellent communications kills for a team that may operate out of various locations.
