The overall solution may include MS Dynamics CRM Directing the development of functional project artifacts, the BA is the primary point of communication between our project team and client business subject matter experts. The BA works closely with client resources and our technical team to communicate details of configuration and resolve product customization designs. The BA also leads the testing effort.
