*Location: **Blue Bell, PA*

*ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED *
· 10-12 years of active technical development experience in highly
interdependent, technically complex, large scale integration projects. **
· 8 – 10 years of experience in .Net **
· Should be able to understand business requirements and come-up
with detailed design **
· Should be familiar with SDLC processes and tools **
· Should have designed developed and deployed thick and thin client
applications using the technical stack preferably in healthcare industry **
· Should be able to guide and lead a small team of developers in a
dynamic environment **
· Should be familiar with the global delivery model **
· Experience with deployment to AIX and/or Linux Environments **
· Worked with both agile and waterfall methodologies and able to
work in a hybrid approach **
· Candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience
following the software development lifecycle.**
· Knowledge in the Group Insurance industry and understanding of
its terminology is a plus. **
· Able to work effectively with a vendor team, interact with the
client teams, understand the client requirements, and design and build
components as part of an overall legacy systems replacement rollout.**
· Prior development experience in large and complex technology
projects is a must as is the ability to work independently with little
direct, day-to-day supervision. **

· Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and
written, are mandatory. **
· Expectation is the candidate will have demonstrated the ability
to work well in a client team environment, collaborating with developers,
customers, project managers and business requirements analysts. **
· Curiosity, adaptability and the willingness to learn the nuances
of the client application and business it supports will be a determining
factor in assessing the fit between the candidate and our organization. **

· Able to work in a collaborative, consultative environment
interacting with CGI and client teams. **
· Able to work under pressure, flexible hours and meet aggressive
deadlines. **
· Background in Group Insurance IT related to Policy Management,
Claims, and complex Systems Integration in a global team environment**
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES
· C# ASP .Net, MVC, Web Forms, Win Forms, Visual Studio,
WebServices, SVN, SQL, Windows **
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BA in Computer Science or General Management or related field.
