· 4 to 6 years of total IT experience
· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in MSCRM
· Should be updated, thorough and *hands-on* in Microsoft
technologies : .NET, C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, SQL Server, Windows,
Web Services
· Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2011 – should have solid
project experience in large, complex projects
· Strong design capabilities on MSCRM
· Strong *hands-on* exposure to XRM – preferable if candidate has
project experience on XRM
· Must have done integration of MSCRM /XRM applications with
back-end ERP and other legacy systems
· Onsite experience is a big plus
· Should be fluent in English (written and oral communication)
