Provides 24x7 middleware support (3-shift rotation) across 13+ environments. Able to interface with multiple groups (on-offshore AD, QA and Production Services teams) to triage and resolve incidents and tasks. Supports middleware standard implementations as well as planned releases and/or migrations to new platforms and solutions. Provides engineering and technical support to business application development groups - Assesses hardware, software, tools, applications, etc., to support business operations and makes recommendations accordingly. Maintain and Support Weblogic Portal; Maintain and Support JBoss apps; Maintain and Support Tomcat apps; Maintain and Support Wily implementations; Maintain and Support Siteminder integrations; Maintain and support Coherence infrastructure; Troubleshoot Complex issues; Assist Application Development with deployment tasks.
