Therefore, before we proceed with your candidacy regarding this project opportunity, please advise if you have been convicted of any felonies. *Title: Business Systems Analyst (Travel, Airlines)* *Duration: 6 -8 months +* *Location: Miramar Florida OR Phoenix, AZ (open to virtual if person has skill level)* *Domain: Travel, Airlines* * * * Job Description* - Manage the procurement process to execute appropriate contracts with AX Connect vendor, Charter Systems, and support services as appropriate. - Manage the vendor relationship from a day to day (operational) perspective - Work with service teams globally to assess and capture business requirements for AX Connect . - Partner with Service Transformation team to prioritize and assess requirements for Travel Disruption and Inbound servicing. - Prioritize and validate requirements for product development, including mock-ups and prototype development, use case development and other materials as necessary. - Create product timelines and roadmaps for enhancement delivery, communicate these to appropriate stakeholders - Support development of business case, CBA and other materials for financial (SQP and Opex) funding justification. - Manage the development lifecycle and product roadmap for AX Connect with vendor - Provide SME on product usage and strategy - *Qualifications* To be successful in this role you must have: - Strong relationship building, including influencing and collaboration skills across all levels of management. - Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills. - Excellent analytical, project management, and financial analysis capabilities - Business analyst experience in gathering requirements and creating requirements documentation - Agile product development experience as Product Owner - Ability to analyze client feedback and turn into specific requirements - Ability to work autonomously and to manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Travel agency operations experience (front office) - Educational experience and technical knowledge: · Bachelor’s degree – business or technical fields preferred · Expert knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and Powerpoint. · *Experience with video creation, screen capture and mock-up creation using standard design or paint tools.
