Please find the below requirement with our client in NJ Title : Test Manager with Insurance Background Location : NJ ,Jersey city Should be able to Define Communicate and Manage · Testing templates, QC implementation and rollout details · Testing Processes and changes to process · Train application and project teams on new processes and templates and ensure compliance · Testing tools license procurement process · Conduct meeting with PMs/Business unit to review testing forecast · Demand management based on available forecast · Prioritization of the tasks/requests/projects after consulting with PMs · Should be very good customer facing person * * *Job Description : * 1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in IT industry with 10 years in testing 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance domain 3. Very good customer relationship track record and should have handled multiple accounts or customers in the past 4. Should have implemented or setup large programs like TCoE, have done transition or transformation of big & multiple programs earlier 5. Should be aggressive, able to drive things to closure, able to articulate things to customer, be advisory to customer – propose various test process improvements, standards, methodologies, etc,.
