THE Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System Analyst/Developer is
responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting
solutions using capture technologies such as Datacap and FileNet Capture.
- End to end system development including requirements analysis, design,
implementation (development and configuration), and support utilizing the
following P8 (4.5x and 5.x)tool set:
- CE
- PE
- RM
- AE (XT, Workplace, CN)
- ICC For File System
- ICC For SharePoint
- ICC for SAP

- Responsible for design, development, testing, delivery, and support of
FileNet P8 5.X Workplace XT solutions
- Participates in business requirements gathering sessions and technical
review sessions
- Proposes/assists with development of new architectural solutions to
Enterprise Architect
- Documents design and architectural solutions
- Hands-on development expertise utilizing J2EE technologies to provide
custom solutions for the P8 suite of products.
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and administering
websphere application server including Websphere ND in a high
availability configuration
- Proposes business process improvements regarding document workflows
- Designs, develops, and administers various FileNet-based workflows
- Provides capture solutions for various business units for scanning and
storage of their critical documents
- Configures, maintains and supports Content Engine and Application
Engine configures; maintains and supports document management platform
- Troubleshoots production problems, reviews trace and system logs, and
works with product services providers to resolve issues and open PMR’s
- Ensures application is meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics
- Manages the change process for the application(s) supported
- Communicates technical issues to Management
· The Candidate will also act as the expert technical resource for
issue resolution and provide technical direction regarding various system
integrations to technical resources from other client teams.
