 4 year college degree or equivalent experience required.

   - Minimum 8 years Software Quality Assurance and/or testing experience.
   - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
   - Regularly operate under deadlines which may be subject to a heavy
   workload.
   - Must be able to work in a fast paced organization.
   - Responsible for bug management, including maintenance of the bug
   tracking database.
   - Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong
   collaboration skills.



Quality Assurance skills and experience include:

   - Ability to create detailed test strategy, plans and cases for a
   project.
   - Ability to execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases.
   - Conduct test plan walkthroughs.
   - Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and process
   (including Agile and Waterfall best practices).
   - Comprehensive knowledge of logic/code flow.
   - Comprehensive knowledge of development lifecycles and coding practices.
   - Document test results and report project status to Quality Assurance
   lead and management.
   - Participates in requirements/design reviews, project team and Quality
   Assurance strategy meetings.
   - Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems,
   isolate and find root causes.



Technical skills and experience include:

   - 2+ years of experience with Service (SOA/FMW) SOAP/XML tools, multi‐tier
   Environment.
   - 4+ years SQL server / Oracle query creation and execution.
   - Strength in data analysis and test validation for before/after test
   execution.
   - Experience testing in a multi-tier client server environment inclusive
   of CRM, ERP and web ecommerce components.
   - Experience supporting and utilizing application lifecycle management
   software.
      - Visual Studio Team Foundation preferred – Test Manager and defect
      management.

·         Experience working within Windows operating systems.

·         Experience working within Microsoft Office suite:  Word, Excel.



Specialized skills and experience include:

CRM/Customer Data Specialist:

   - Testing Experience with CRM/MDM platforms (PowerBuilder UI), database
   validation (Oracle).
   - Expert knowledge of customer data management and CRM application
   functionality.
   - Data load experience (ETL load, delta load, publish to legacy systems,
   manual cleanse tool interaction).
   - Siebel Universal Customer Master (Siebel UCM) experience a plus.
   - Fusion middleware experience a plus.
