The BSA will work as part of a cross-functional team to define solutions, document requirements and craft functional designs for business critical initiatives. * *Responsibilities: **In this role you will partner with the Sales Operations business team to understand Sales processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions. You will analyze and understand the root causes of business unit issues and provide concrete suggestions for improvement. You will work with business unit representatives to prepare and present proposals for technology, data and business process initiatives. In this position you will need strong functional knowledge of Sales processes and functional aspects of best in class CRM implementations (Siebel preferred).
