*Experience on virtualization will be a big plus.* * * *Location: Middletown NJ* *Roles and Responsibility* *Must Have* • Support new strategic, high value and long term projects to introduce new network control plane applications solutions, including move towards virtualized platform. • Help create and then maintain and manage end to end technical solution and technical plan including all phases and work items and their interdependencies (spanning many teams, sub-teams, programs and vendors) • Manage a list of technical issues, road blocks and lead risk analysis and resolution (including technical leadership and coordination across teams to manage tradeoffs, timely resolution and project risk) • Develop deployment plans for rollout of complex solutions spanning many network, platform and application upgrades that must be executed in specific sequence and coordinated closely across many teams to maximize time to market • Lead large cross functional teams to manage the realization of the solution, including leading risk assessment of issues and escalation to leadership team as needed • Lead program and project meetings and responsible for program tracking and analysis • Provide high level systems engineering functions spanning developing and documenting solution and test plan approaches • Must be proactive, independent, and a self-starter.
