*Relevant Experience (Yrs)   :           4-5 years as Performance Tester in
Loadrunner and QTP*

*Technical/Functional Skills             :           Must have good working
knowledge of :*



- Performance Testing of Web Services, Web Application, using LoadRunner.

- Web (HTTP/HTML), Oracle, Citrix, .Net, WebServices, java and click &
scripts protocols.

- Development of VUGEN scripts and enhance with transactions, verification
checkpoints and parametrization.

- Defining performance metrics, analyzing the usage of the application
,conducting test by both Manual Scenario and through Goal Oriented Scenario.

- Creating and enhancing automation test scripts for using the QTP tool.

- Executing automation test scripts using QTP and QC tool and reporting.

-  Entire SDLC life cycle , from requirements gathering to releasing into
production.

- Monitoring the progress of the testing effort conducted through
numerical, graphical analysis and, provide remedial measures if there is
fall back on schedule.

- Automation testing tools and test management tools for Data Driven,
Functional and Regression testing

- RDBMS concepts and good knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL



*Good to have hands-on experience of :*



·         HP QTP and QC



*Roles & Responsibilities     *:

·         Analyze functional and technical specification documents,
coordinate with End Clients to gather data for testing and obtain the data
for test scripts

·         Identify End-End Scenarios and developed High Level Scenarios for
Performance Testing

·         Developed Loadrunner Scripts in Web, Web services and other
protocols

·         Execute Performance tests using Performance Center

·         Customize Loadrunner scripts in C language like String
manipulation and using C libraries for the Loadrunner Scripts

·         Use Rendezvous points to detect database deadlocks

·         Use the Load Runner Online Monitors to monitor the possible
bottlenecks in the application.

·         Develop automated scripts in QTP and maintain and enhance them as
and when required

·         Execution of automated scripts from QC and reporting

·         Involve in reporting and tracking the defects using Quality
Center.

·         Conduct result analysis and interacted with Development and
Architecture teams

·         Develop Load testing Scenarios (manual and goal oriented) for
performance testing using the Controller

·         Vary the load on the application using ramp-up and ramp-down
strategy.

·         Analyze the results of the Load test by using Analysis tool,
looking at the online monitors and the graphs and identified the
bottlenecks in the system.

·         Monitor different kinds of Graphs like Throughput, Hits/Sec,
Transaction Response time, Windows Resources while executing the scripts
