them in launching some new CRM screens/views and inputs for our client
development and mgmt team. *

*Job Description:*
The CRM Database position is responsible for the overall strategic
direction and effective use of the company’s customer information including
the company’s data repository, CRM system and all data used for marketing
efforts across the client’s portfolio.
The position is accountable for all analysis and research that provides
guidance for specific on-going change or improvements.
This position troubleshoots and implements complex technologies, system
components, software tools, utilities and applications, integrating them
into the existing infrastructure and marketing function.
· Responsible for integrity of the repository and CRM
· Oversees upgrades and overlays of CRM’s operating system and applications
as needed
· Develops dashboards as business needs dictate
· Provides application software skills training when needed
· Tests CRM software modifications, patches, service packs to ensure
accuracy of changes
· Develops new reports for the CRM
· Assumes overall responsibility for the effectiveness of direct marketing
campaigns
· Responsible for all direct marketing campaigns, setting reinvestment
levels and how they work in tandem
· Culpable for ensuring data points are captured for analysis
· Responsible for identifying key variables for analysis
· Accountable for the accuracy of reports
· Responsible for development and execution of quantitative primary and
secondary market research
*Job Requirements:*
· Gaming industry experience preferred
· Five or more years of database and/or system or CRM experience required
or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience with MicroStrategy or comparable BI toolset preferred
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM toolset preferred
· Proven proficiency in recent work history with creating and modifying
Microsoft SSRS and SQL scripting
· Proven proficiency in recent work history with using, creating and/or
modifying relational databases a must
· Data analysis experience
