Title : Business System Analyst
Location : Burbank CA
Need 10+ years experience -
i.
Should have a good and proven experience as a BSA
ii.
Exposure to working as a BSA in multi-site/distributed team is a definite
preference
iii.
Acquire good knowledge of the product in a short duration and position
quickly as the SME in the team
iv.
Constantly interacts with Product Owners and captures requirements, refines
the same and grooms the User Stories in a timely manner
v.
Clearly articulates the stories, acceptance criteria, cites relevant
analogies, highlights dependencies etc.
vi. Acts as
a functional bridge between Product Owners and Team (Dev and QA)
vii.
Understands the release plans and aids in prioritizing the features/Product
Backlogs with due diligence working with PMs, Product Owners
viii. Exposure
to working as a BSA in an Agile Scrum project in a MUST
ix.
Experience in usage of Mingle, Enterprise Architect, Clearcase and
Clearquest tools is a Highly-Plus
x.
Exposure to accounting (Invoices, Pos, APs, GL, JE etc.) and
Budgeting/Scheduling domain/tools in is a Highly-Plus
xi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to elicit
requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process
descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow
analysis.
