Likewise, the candidate will manage all communications related to the project, both within our organization as well as with our internal customers. · As part of that communication, the Project Manager will proactively manage issues and risks related to the project and develop and communication recommended solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. The candidate will conduct regular project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables and solution, including the work of vendors · The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team comprised of business analysts, data analysts, web developers and business intelligence developers to achieve the goals of the project. · The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the management / implementation of a systems project or program from the process of defining the project through implementation of the completed solution for our internal/external customers. · The candidate will contribute heavily to the definition of the project’s scope, objectives and benefits with internal customers and will manage all aspects of the engagement including liaising with stakeholders, systems, and line management and other functional areas. *Skills and experience required:* 8+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing technology solutions, preferably utilizing Scrum methods. Significant experience in project management, requirements definition and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems. Thorough knowledge of project management or building system solutions and/or business applications. Thorough knowledge of funding proposals. Strong writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
