*SCOPE OF SERVICES*
· Design, develop and implement the Linkage Request Approval form
and approval workflow process
· Integration of request form with data linkage infrastructure
process – specifically routing approved requests to the data linkage system.
· Automate retrieval of data sets from source systems for linkage
requests
· Mapping source system disparate data structures and naming
conventions to standard data linkage structures
· Automate and integrate linkage services to identify common
entities (such as patient, provider and facility, locations) for mapped
data sets
· Integrate batch geocoding services in order to visualize data
spatially
· Integrate other reference data sources such as Census data in
order to examine socio-economic factors.
· Produce automated summary canned reports for each linkage request
· Ability to extract linked data sets in order for DOHMH
staff to conduct more detailed analyses
*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*
Candidate should have extensive "hands-on" expertise with a proven track
record of progressive experience, teamwork and technical skills. Individual
should have strong technical vision with effective people skills to allow
close work with coworkers and senior management. Ability to manage multiple
complex projects for internal and external customers. Innovative and
creative problem solver, who is results oriented, has an aptitude for
learning and can maximize resources while possessing a sense of urgency.
