Technical skill set needed: 5 plus years experience in testing, 3 plus years in a lead capacity. Experience planning, sizing and leading large test efforts. Experience in communicating with/presenting information to all levels of management. Creation of test plans, test schedules and test cases. Manual execution of testing and the creation of defect reports. Unix,Oracle and Mainframe testing experience a plus. Understanding of retail concepts a plus.
