Should be able to do performance tuning of these. **** • Should have done performance consulting (application performance assessments) to customers. **** • Strong architecture, design and implementation experience with performance solutions, products, and industry trends. **** • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Prior experience in addressing business and technical stakeholder requirements and translating these to appropriate solution architectures Ability to analyze production systems and applications performance and scalability issues and provide solutions Architectural/Design reviews and provide suggestions for performance improvements. **** • Develop performance and scalability testing and engineering frameworks and solutions Review/profile/debug application code for performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
