*Essential Functions**:*

*1**.   Expert Knowledge of Oracle Apps GL, AR, AP, Assets Modules*

*2.   Production Support, Troubleshooting.*

*3.   Coordinate with Oracle for creating and follow-up of SRs’.*

*4.   Work in full life cycle implementation in R12*

*5.   Work in  implementation(11i or R12)/Upgrade from 11i to R12*

*6.   Team Lead*

* *

*Primary Skills**:*

* *

*1.   Oracle Apps Financials - GL, AR, AP, Assets with
minimum6-8yearsrelevant experience in 11i/R12.*

*2.   Worked on Production Support.*

*3.   At least three to four full life cycle implementation in R12*

*4.   Preferable experience in upgrade*

* *

*Responsibilities**:*

* *

*1.    * *Provide user support, handholding and respond to queries*

*2.    * *Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and
provide permanent fix*

*3.    * *Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for
approval from management with solution approach, with effort and cost
estimates.*

*4.    * * Prepare design documents– Functional Setups BR100/BP80/TE40*

*5.    * *Familiar with AIM Methodology and OUM Methodology*

*6.    * * Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective
action.*

*7.    * *Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for
solution.*

*8.    * *Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and
other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.*

*9.    * *Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing
and proactively prevent issue occurrence (Custom systems, ERP, CRM) for
interfaces.*

*10. * *Provide user training to new users and retraining to existing users
on new functionalities.*

*11. * *Provide periodic status report to management (weekly, monthly).*

*12. * *Participate and lead the team during customer meetings and debate.*
