·          Expertise in US Staffing with strong technical background and
Internet recruiting skills

·          Experience in working with Sub-Contracting Consultants, US
Citizens, Green Card Holders

·          Experience in working on the Tax-terms like C2C, 1099 and W2

·          Work effectively as a team member as well as an individual with
minimal direction

·          Good communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.

·          Willing to work in night shift

·          Looking for long term relationship

*Skills:*

·                     Handling Recruitments for US - IT industry.

·                     Sourcing & scrutinizing resumes from Job Portals like
DICE, Monster, Tech-Fetch, Carrier Builder, etc. as per requirements.

·                     Sourcing & scrutinizing resumes from Social
Networking like LinkedIn, Google Groups, Face book etc. as per requirements.

·                     Match the candidate’s work status on the requirement
basis. (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, TN permit etc)

·                     Conducting Telephonic Interviews.

·                     Identifying the right candidate as per the
requirement.

·                     Negotiating CTC with candidates.

·                     Scheduling & coordination of the Interviews with
Account Manager.

·                     Handling the joining formalities which include
reference checks.

·                     Format resumes as per internal convention and for the
submission to Account managers.

·                     Verification of all necessary documents.

·                     Building the network of potential candidates.

·                     Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets set by
the company.

·                     Regular follow-up with candidates nearing project /
contract completion for next placement.

·                     Building the candidate database for rare and
high-in-demand skill sets.
