- Work with team architects and project managers to define requirements

- Develop detailed technical design documents and conduct design reviews
- Provide feedback on architectural and implementation enhancements
- Provide technical guidance to other software engineers
- Implement new features and components using Java and other advanced
technology frameworks
- Enhance and extend existing features and components - Participate
actively in architecture discussions
- Attend daily stand-ups to report status and assist team members
overcome technical problems
- Adhere to release/project schedule and milestones.
- Demonstrate total ownership of a project from inception to end of life
- Hands on Coding in Java/J2EE
