*Job Description:*
- The Visual Designer will collaborate closely with Users, Business
Analysts, Human Factors Engineers, and Application Developers to create
both traditional and touch-based, cross-platform/cross-OS web applications.
- Responsibilities include ideation and conceptualization, wireframing,
storyboarding, mockup and prototyping, as well as the creation production
ready visual assets. The ideal candidate will also have the necessary
software development skills to implement functioning UIs under the
direction of lead developers.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
- Accomplished *User Interface Design specialist, graphic designer, and
web developer.*
- Knowledge and experience with *JQuery, JavaScript, and HTML5
applications.*
- Experience with implementing styles and design in *HTML4, HTML5, and
CSS using Microsoft Visual Studio (VS) 2012 Ultimate.*
- Experience with implementing styles and design in HTML5 using
Microsoft Expression Blend and VS.
- Experience with creating mockups using Axure RP Pro to enable fast
customer feedback of visual and interaction design considerations.
- Experience with creating graphic design assets using Microsoft
Expression Design 4, *Adobe Photoshop CS5*, and *Adobe Illustrator CS5.*
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Understanding the constraints of Mobile, Tablet, Web and TV platforms.
- *5 years of experience within a design led organization.*
