Job title: Peoplesoft AP Business Analyst Duration: 6+ Month Contract Location: Atlanta, GA Immediate need for a Peoplesoft AP Business Analyst. The candidate needs strong configuration and troubleshooting experience. They also need to be strong with the following questions: Core AP Business processes ( VchrBuild, Matching, Posting, JGen, Paycycle, Vendor maintenance) AP and PO system details (Table structure, knowledge of Processes, components, interface points etc. ) Configuration expertise ( AP BU setup, Banking Setup, etc. ) High volume interfacing of POs, invoices, receipts into system ) Vendor merging exposure Multinational exposure ( VAT, Multicurrency, international banking ) Payment processing ( Paycycle, ACH, EFT, financial gateway) Purchasing system exposure ( PO processes like, creation, close , receipt, accrual, recurring PO etc. ) Accounting knowledge and exposure Communication, initiative, ownership, team skills Job Description: Focused on A/P, P2P with GL nice to have...must be able to "config" and trouble shoot in a production support BA roll (so good communication required). Can do contractor now would like them to go perm but not a must have. They need a resource ASAP work is backing up. Rates are correct below Good Business side P2P and or accounting background. Understands and is experienced with the P2P process with years of hands on experience. The BA side needs to know PS Financials and AP cold and be able to get in the weeds and "configure" as needed.
