Skill set : Should be very good with INFORMATICA Powercenter 9.x, Unix, config file parameters, batch file, job scheduling tool etc Should have very good knowledge of datawarehousing concepts (star/snow flake schema), DB2 , ETL design (mapping doc, high level design doc), error handling mechanism, tuning etc. Very good communication skills and analytical skills. Should be able to provide ETL solution to client, should be able to analyze problem and give 1 or more solutions to client and help client to choose the best solution. Client relies on us for best possible ETL solution Good to have knowledge of Insurance domain.
