Required Experience Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist/Analyst, preferably within a financial services firm. Understanding of HR concepts and processes. Thorough knowledge and experience using various HRIS software (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Ceridian, SAP). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Systems implementation experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
