*Responsibility:*
- Provide a resource to be the architect & developer on the project to
do the work that was described above.
- Primary contact for Intel blue badge team.
- Monitor costs.
- Generate mutually agreed upon project metrics and reports for
management.
- Schedule technicians based on project requirements/ priorities and
availability.
- Take immediate corrective action on individual contributor level
performance, if needed.
- Conduct ongoing search for and qualify resources (as needed).
- Develop training material for the technicians.
- Train qualified resources.
- Maintain proactive interaction with Intel internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to Intel's safety and security regulations by vendor
resources.
- Ensure no project impact due to attrition of resources.
- Adherence to Intel's intellectual property and assets protection and
safety guidelines.
*Skill Set:*
- In-depth knowledge of* Microsoft.NET framework.*
- Hands on Development experience in* C#, WCF, Web Services, ASP.NET-
MVC, Rssponsive Web Development.*
- Expertise in *Data Modeling /Development on SQL.*
