*Duration: 12 months+*
*Experience: 10+ years.*
These resources will be,*Application specialists and Developer & leads. *
*RESPONSIBILITY:*
- Ensure accuracy of estimates and projections, and also perform
feasibility analysis.
- Facilitate project execution (BOW + other changes) by the offshore
team, and ensure progress of work.
- Plan and allocate work for maximum capacity utilization.
- Ensure predictability of delivery – quality and timeliness; be
responsible for adherence to the release calendar.
- Interact with users in the context of the above functions.
**** Their immediate *HCL ecosystem will be the* *Rates Derivatives Lead
Managers*, the onsite Business Analysts, and the offshore Technical
Coordinator ***.*
*Candidate Profile:*
The candidates should primarily have significant experience in delivering
technology solutions in the *domain of Interest "Rate Derivatives", *or in
similar trading areas like *FIX , credit default swaps, fixed income
trading etc.*
- *7+ years of experience, *a large and recent part of that in the
mentioned domain.
- Seasoned Developer professionals
- Core technology skills in line with the programming languages* (JAVA)* and
databases *(Sybase / Oracle)* used in the applications.
