Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology Discipline and 6 or more years professional experience In depth expertise with Cisco routers and switches MUST possess 1 or more, of the following Cisco Certifications… CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional CCIE - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools In depth experience with distributed networks In depth experience with Call Center voice networks Significant Knowledge of web content load balancers, SSL certs, and DNS Experience with copper and fiber cabling systems. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have strong ‘hands-on’ experience with LAN/WAN administration Must have proven experience with deep technical aspects of enterprise network integration projects Must have experience with the design and implementation of an Enterprise Network Architecture.
