Role : HPSM Consultant**** Location : Jackson MI**** Mode : 6 Months Contract**** **** *Job Description :* **** Specialized in designing and implementing solution based on HP ITSM tools (HP Service Manager, uCMDB, Release Control and Discovery) in high availability multi-tier environment with large user base. Should have delivered the solution ranging from Out-of-Box product to customized product based on customer’s blueprints and process design.
