*Mandatory Skills: - NeoLoad & HP Load Runner(9.5) (MUST)*

*Job Description:*
- *5+ of experience in Performance Testing using Neoload and Load Runner
9.50.*
- Develop, execute, and maintain performance testing scripts using *NeoLoad
and HP Loadrunner.*
- Maintain existing or newly built Performance Test Scripts for ongoing
changes and maintenance to applications under test.
- Strong Working Experience with monitoring and analyzing results from
performance testing.
- Performance Analysis of existing application. Generating reports and
coming up with strategy/ plans with regards to performance.
- Do System Monitoring during runs and identify bottlenecks.
- Review results of the test with various IT teams and clarify any
performance concerns noticed.
- Participate in production release validation to ensure successful
deployment.
- Document performance-related defects & work with Engineering and
product management to minimize defect age.
- Ability to thoroughly understand client-server and/or web application
architecture.
- Must be a good team player and have very strong communication skills,
customer focus, interpersonal skills and attention to detail and quality.
