Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: St. Louis Park, MN Duration: 5 months contract 7+ yrs as a Business Systems Analyst Recent exp performing as a BSA on Data Center Projects – relocation, outsourcing, etc. Technical Aspects Dealing with multiple data centers is a plus Previous experience with transitioning to a new outsourcing provider Responsibilities: Conduct interviews and meetings with sponsors, managers, subject matter experts and other relevant people to determine business process Locate and review documentation about current business processes to aid in the requirements gathering Counsel sponsor and SMEs to help in the determination of process improvements Present project business scope(difference between current and planned business process scenarios) in written PDD, other written, graphical or verbal form as is needed Advocate for business requirements throughout the project Provide work status reports to supervisor and project managers as required Be able to work effectively as a member of project team Qualifications: 5 years involvement in business analysis Excellent analytical skills Strong oral and written communication skills Success on a number of projects Ability to deal with involved subject matters Proficiently as a wide variety of modeling and presentation tools (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, BPwin, Visio) Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Good team member skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Broad analytical ability for problem resolution Strong service skills Ability to bring diplomacy and tact to difficult situations Functional expertise in the application of computer systems to solve business problems Strong knowledge and commitment to department policies and procedures Broad knowledge of business drivers for each Line of Business Ability to assist in identifying benefits included in a cost benefit analysis (CBAs) Functional knowledge of the project process Functional leadership and mentoring abilities Results orientated Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in an unsupervised environment ====================================================== Kind Regards, Venu Babu | Technical Recruiter Panzer Solutions LLC. 45 Stuart Ave, K Unit.
