Please see the JD below. Client is looking for someone with strong
technical background with proven IT analysis experience. Also be willing
and comfortable working with offshore teams, QA teams, business teams etc.
Responsibilities:
· IT Analyst (~8+ yrs exp) with strong technical background on
the Java/J2EE and Oracle technology stack.
· Well versant with requirements gathering process to
documentation of the artifacts like Functional Specs, Mock Up screens,
Process flows, User Interface, Solution Design.
· Create Road-map - Analyze internal/external environments;
identify and prioritize projects and/or primary tracks of work,
integration opportunities
· Manage Scope: Analyze impacts to project, clarify
dependencies, constraints, assumptions; evaluate and administer scope
change requests
· Manage Stakeholder Relationship, Manage Information and Team
Communications
· Work closely with offshore technical teams, QA Teams
· Self-driven, energetic and excellent communication and
collaboration skills working with business, multiple cross functional
and technical teams
· Experienced in BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) facilitation
and participation.
· Test case and scenario planning
· Exposure to Oracle Project preferred

· Excellent Analytical and Presentation skills
· Exceptional oral and written Communication
· Good understanding of technical systems, IT environments
· Innovative with high grasping abilities
· Experience working with offshore teams
· Prior proven experience as ITA
