We have urgent requirement with our client; please go through below job details; if you are interested send me your Word Resume with below details; JOB DETAILS BA Tivoli Resources Location: St Louis West County Close Date: 12 months Job Description: This role is primarily responsible for designing ITIL / ITSM solutions leveraging the IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk (SCCD) (also known as Tivoli Maximo Service Request Management) and CCMDB tools (MasterCard's GSM solution). The individual in this role will work with key stakeholders and process owners to understand business requirements and design effective solutions and reports. Coordination with technical support teams (on and off shore) will be required to build, test and deploy the solutions. They will also assist with day-to-day user support. Key responsibilities include: Provide timely tier-3 user support for ITSM processes, GSM / Smart Cloud Control Desk and reports. Work closely with key stakeholders (process managers, owners, requesters) and process engineering to understand and document business requirements. Design effective solutions using the IBM SCCD and coordinate functional requirements with technical / development teams (on and off shore). Configure and build solutions in SCCD, specifically with Service Catalog and using Jython. Test and implement solutions. Experience/Knowledge: Experience with IBM Tivoli / Maximo / Smart Cloud Control Desk and CCMDB 7.5 (GSM), preferably in a support or development role. (critical) Jython scripting. Experience using SQL to create and support reports. Experience using report development tools (BIRT, Webfocus, Cognos, etc.) . Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio. Strong people skills and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ability to manage multiple activities and work with a strong sense of urgency.
