*6+ Months* * Job Description* • Gather and transform business requirements into innovative BI solutions that effectively support business users • Document designs, specifications, and flow diagrams to assist in efficient development, support, and problem analysis • Hands-on development of dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs, scorecards, and statistical reporting utilizing MicroStrategy Release 9+ version software Hands on experience in creating, building and configuring new Microstrategy Projects from scratch. • Prior experience in creating and configuring Narrowcast Services. • Create and enhance report objects, metrics, filters, and prompts • Develop dashboards and reports per specified requirements and timelines • Participate in data model design and data build for the enterprise datawarehouse • Develop, execute, and document test plans for development activities • Validate reporting results against requirements, and troubleshoot and analyze data issues within reports • Develop a strong understanding of the source systems that pass data to the reporting systems, and the relationships within the data • Support and manage special projects, ad-hoc management reporting requests, testing, and issue resolution Must have good understanding and experience in all project phases in the SDLC. • Develop and maintain documentation for reporting and tracking all changes • Communicate clearly and effectively with business users and technical teams through all phases of the development lifecycle • Meet regularly with internal departments and resources to review current reporting and identify improvements and efficiencies • Ensure optimal end-user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans • Work closely with IT management to identify and implement enhanced reporting and analytics used in strategic planning of future initiatives • Actively promote and facilitate the use of existing reporting best practices • Train and mentor less senior team members and coordinate with remote teams Experience and knowledge in Microstrategy Multi-source would be a plus. *Thanks and Regards,* *Ram** Sr IT Recruiter* * * *[image: cid:sigimg1@5655b62c24b5c3390b973b0433a0b5e4]** **Work: 302 248 8016* *Fax **:* *302-397-2097 ** Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]>* * *Website: **www.tektreeinc.com* <http://www.tektreeinc.com/>* * Gtalk : recruiter.ramu -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
