*Manufacturing QA * *Fulltime with Birlasoft* *Salary DOE* Job Description: *Technical Skill Requirements:* · Knowledge of Manufacturing Quality processes· Technical expertise with Windows IIS in a distributed environment, Oracle database· Understanding of Appworx, Webmethods as integration tools *Job Responsibilities:·* L1 Support, dealing directly with employees or customers who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, new logins, TIPQA configuration and system integration issues. *Tasks may include:* o Coordinating, installing and configuring TIPQA software upgrades – Due to TIPQA frequent releases, our client often does one upgrade that represents several TIPQA releases. · Diagnosing and solving software & integration issues o Logging and working customer/employee issues following our client processo Working with customer and third party software to configure system o Monitor interfaces and identify and fix issues o Coordinate with integration resources to support and test changes to interfaces o Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues o Track vendor issues and coordinate understanding of bug fixes with customer/employee? o Usually Support only works with Production.
