• Ability to gather business and technical requirements from both
formal and informal sessions through interviews, NetMeeting,
questionnaire, video conferencing, JAD sessions and conference calls.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation , creating Business
cases, Business requirement documents and functional requirement
documentation
• Ability to estimate , plan , organize and coordinate execution of
activities with multiple parties
• Ability to effectively manage the multiple assignments and
priorities concurrently
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• Track record of delivering results on time and within budget
• Develops good working relationships with business partners / sponsors
• History of success working in a variety of application and business
areas

Would be business analyst on the projects in health Insurance domain and
would be requirement to interact with the business users and define the
requirements and facilitate the discussion and translating the same into
IT requirements
