Responsibilities of HRIS Analyst: Responsible for business requirements document, test case creatiion, process change, and test case execution as part of a collaborative team. Works with payroll and IT personnel to evaluate changes, coordinate related testing, identify cutover and deployment criteria, and prepares change communication. Serves as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function. Requirements/Skills for HRIS Analyst: Must have SAP HR and Payroll experience with preferred concentration in time system changes, configuration and pay frequency set up experience.
