Description: The senior IT .NET Programmer Analyst Consultant will report to the Manager of IT Applications Development. Working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, the Consultant will be responsible for designing and developing .NET custom applications utilizing Microsoft .NET framework. Ideal Candidate qualities Excellent analytical skills on trouble shooting programming bugs and issues. Good knowledge of ADO.NET, IIS, Java script, XML, and HTML pages Ajax. Good knowledge of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concept. Experience with the Ironspeed development platform. Experience on project management with the whole project life cycle. Used source control utility such as Visual Source Safe. Certified in MCSD, MCPD or equivalent certification. Experience with Nintex or other workflow products. Working experience with GIS Server from ESRI. GIS programming experience. Experience with Microsoft Team System 2008 or above. Understanding of GIS concepts and ESRI’s products such as ArcGIS and ArcIMS. VBA programming experience using ArcObjects. Knowledge of: Software QA process knowledge, Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Working knowledge of ArcGIS, Arc Tools, and ArcIMS.
