Max rate: $55/Hr on C2C.* • Managing and executing the seasonal and individual campaign planning and forecasting of CRM sales and unit impact on the business • Working with internal partners to manage the allocation of product associated with CRM campaigns • Assisting VP of CRM in developing strategic and tactical seasonal CRM plans • In conjunction with internal marketing partners, developing CRM plans with audience targets, contact frequency, offer, communication and testing recommendations. • Testing and rollout P&L’s • Perform financial analysis of marketing campaigns/initiatives to impact top-line and bottom-line results and support senior management decision-making • Analyzes and projects the financial performance of marketing initiatives in comparison to established goals.
