*SCOPE OF WORK*:
Develop and document the upgrade strategy and plan, including analysis and
design.
Convert Billing DTS packages to SSIS and analyze stored procedures to
identify and make any changes that need to be made in order to migrate to
SQL Server 2012.
Convert RedLight DTS packages to SSIS and analyze stored procedures to
identify and make any changes that need to be made in order to migrate to
SQL Server 2012.
Analyze stored procedures in DAS, ABCD, and E-File to identify and make any
changes that need to be made in order to migrate to SQL Server 2012.
Analyze GP to identify and make any changes that need to be made in order
to migrate to SQL Server 2012.
Analyze stored procedures in GP to identify and make any changes that need
to be made in order to migrate to SQL Server 2012.
Analyze GP 3rd party applications used to support GP business users to
identify and make any changes that need to be made in order to migrate to
SQL Server 2012.
Work with USAC DBAs to upgrade all of the finance DBs to SQL Server 2012,
dev, test, and production.
Work with USAC QA on complete system testing and regression testing of all
affected systems.
Provide weekly status reports to Corporate Software Development management
and attend daily scrum for all finance IT support teams.
