   - Lead *SAP* HCM *ABAP* Developer
   - Review and understand business requirements and convert into technical
   specs
   - Responsible for creating/changing existing *ABAP* components
   - Responsible for changing Webdynpro (*ABAP* and Java) applications
   - Developing and delivering *SAP* workflow-based solutions
   - Creation/modification of Adobe forms
   - Perform unit and integration testing
   - Defect resolution including debugging complex scenarios

*Senior **SAP** **ABAP** Developer Requirements*

   - Significant implementation and support experience as an HCM Technical *
   ABAP* consultant
   - At least three (3) HCM project implementations
   - Minimum five (5) years experience as an *ABAP* developer
   - Minimum two (2) years experience in Webdynpro *ABAP*
   - Minimum 2 years of *SAP* Portal Development experience
   - Experience with *SAP*’s enhancement framework for modifying existing *
   SAP* applications
   - Workflow and ADOBE forms implementation experience preferred
   - Experience in documentation of development objects
   - Knowledge of *SAP* implementation methodologies
   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Description Summary:
Under the general direction of the Program Management Director  this
project manager develops, refines, validates and manages project plans to
ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects within Information
Technology.  Responsible for supporting needs of the Functional and
Technical Leads through the adherence to project management methods and
standards.  Accountable for the integration and coordination of all
internal and external resources.  Project resources will span multiple
business units.  Experience with implementing web portals is required.
This must include managing functional, infrastructure, and security
requirements through the requirements, design, development, implementation,
and deployment phases.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires some training in fields such as business administration,
accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations
generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree
program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of
experience and education; PMI certification or equivalent project
management methodology training and hours preferred; requires full project
life cycle experience with large-scale implementations specifically in
managing web portal implementations; demands cross-functional information
technology/business analysis background; normally requires a minimum of
four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience;
normally requires a professional license or certificate in specialized
field.


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1.      Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to
manage projects of various diverse scope in a cross-functional environment
2.      Experience in working in an outsourced environment
3.      Working knowledge of  business, infrastructure, security and
development support streams
4.      Technical expertise in project management support tools like HP
Quality Center, Clarity/Open Workbench, MS Project
5.      Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
interacts with all levels of associates and management within the
organization
6.      Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles,
processes and technology
7.      Ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size
and scope
8.      Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate
business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
9.      Excellent organizational and leadership skills
10.     Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
11.     Strong presentation skills
12.     Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with
PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Project, Excel spreadsheets and
Microsoft Outlook
