*Overall Responsibilities:*
- Design and develop mock-ups and wireframes in Adobe creative suite.
- Utilize jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript, LESS, CSS, HTML, xml, and other
rich user interface tools to develop animations and media rich, web UI/UX’s.
- Interface with Client Management teams to cultivate, design, and
prototype application UI and UX. Provide documentation assistance during
various Project Phases.
- Interface with internal and external design and creative teams to
provide DATG with consistent graphics and branding across all solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and hands on assistance in the
implementation of graphical user interfaces, and the incorporation of all
web/UI graphics.
- Provide hands on assistance in the customization of master pages and
templates, application of style sheets, and implementation of DATG branding.
- Support application and web developers in facilitating the graphics
design phase of the project lifecycle including, providing mock-ups and
wireframes to the development teams and supporting the evolution of the
initial UI design through to project launch.
- Recommend best-practices in graphics design that promotes efficiency
and maintainability while delivering media rich, easy to use, engaging
end-user experiences on each site.
- Provide governance and best-practices in assuring proper branding of
content being presented across all DATG MTA web presences.
- Document and ensure knowledge transfer of all creative web solutions
to development teams.
- Design, develop and test compelling web UI’s that are cross-platform,
cross- browser compatible and meets with W3C code standards.
- Conduct designs meetings and presentations to Application teams, Web
developers and user communities to introduce new designs and educate
clients of graphics design standards and best practices.

- Strong design and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills: Ability
to effectively interface and adapt communicate style with various teams
during a project, including development teams, design teams, client
management teams, clients, and upper management.
- Strong technical skills and general working knowledge of all
Information Technology related disciplines.
- Proficiency on the Mac and Windows Operating Systems
- Experience in various editing and design tools: Creative Suite, Visual
Studio 2010, SharePoint Designer 2010, Dreamweaver
- Attention to detail
- Strong team skills
- History of On-time, quality delivery
*Work Experience:*
- Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years professional experience
in web site design and development.
*Technical Skills:*
- The successful candidate should have a proven track record in graphics
design – encompassing content publishing, portal development tools and
content management principals.
- The role requires superior technical skills, as outlined above.
*Job-Related Education:*
- B.S Graphics Art, Publishing, Computer Science, Computer Information
Systems, Engineering or Technical degree required.
