PMP Certification is desired 3. Should have working experience in Unix , Storage , Windows , Networking and overall IT Infrastructure Management for an enterprise 4. Should have excellent problem-solving and problem-identifying skills. They should also be detail oriented and have great verbal and written communication skills. 5. ITIL foundation certified/ Should understand IT Service Delivery Management 6. Should be visionary to understand overall IT Infrastructure architecture for an Enterprise 7. Should be able to liaison with IT vendors for technology upgrades/ deployment and procurement 8. Strong customer service orientation. 9. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 10. Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. 11. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Linux/Open Source servers and software. 12. Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. 13.
