*Position:  .Net Project Manager with Pharma*
*Location: Lyndhurst, NJ*
*Duration:12 Months+*

*Role/Responsibilities:*

   - Management of* project portfolio for all requests*.
   - Contributes in the determination of project scope, resource
   requirements, skill requirements, project milestones, budgets, and risk.
   - Provide necessary support to Development manager for scope estimation,
   feasibility and pricing.
   - Participation in discussions regarding proposed solutions and
   estimated duration
   - Resource Planning
   - Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to sort out any
   clarifications regarding the project execution – right from Req
   Clarifications to Timelines.
   - Accountable to maintain and Publish project Metrics along with status
   report.
   - Risk and Mitigation Planning
   - Ensure and track all signoffs – Requirement, Design, UAT
   - Provides overall leadership including direction, guidance, and
   oversight to project team members
   - Ensures successful completion of assigned objectives within
   established time and budget constraint
   - Monitors and documents project status; anticipates problems and
   resolves them or escalates them to the appropriate level of management for
   resolution in order to ensure proper project completion within schedule and
   budget constraints
   - Identifies and removes barriers that may impede successful completion
   of project
   - Manages communications amongst HCL team members, Client functional
   departments, and to the Client’s end Clients

Expectations:

   - 10+ years’ experience project management concepts and practices,
   working with both on-shore and off-shore teams
   - Attainment of PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
   is a plus
   - *Experience in managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry.*
   - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple life cycle SDLC projects
   - Proficient with group facilitation, interviewing, and conflict
   management techniques
   - Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. The
   incumbent must have the ability to accurately obtain, interpret, and
   transcribe a variety of communications and instructions
   - Proficient with customer relationship management concepts, tools, and
   techniques
   - Ability to work with formal change control procedures
   - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (2003/2007/2010)
   - In depth knowledge of Microsoft Project 2010
   - Must be client focused in the delivery of service with excellent
   client facing skills
   - Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
   - Must be Self-driven and have the ability to use initiative and
   tenacity to resolve issues
   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in verbal and
   written English.
   - Be able to work with minimum supervision as well as perform under
   pressure and meet tight deadline
